Definition of “Goods in Good Condition”: Goods in good condition refer to products that maintain their original quality, functionality, and integrity, including the product itself, accessories, and intact brand labels. Necessary checks and reasonable testing will not affect the condition of the goods. Goods in poor condition refer to products that have significantly depreciated in value due to usage beyond what is required for inspection and testing. Specific criteria include: Clothing: Brand labels removed or damaged, stains, or product damage.
Return Process and Rules: For items that meet the conditions for a 30-day no-reason return and meet the criteria for being in good condition, customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of receiving the goods. The return period is calculated from the date displayed on the logistics screen indicating receipt of the goods. When returning the goods, customers should include the product itself, accessories, and any free gifts received. Free gifts include physical items, points, vouchers, coupons, etc. If the free gift cannot be returned, the seller may require the customer to pay the specified gift price. Returned products should be in good condition. If the returned products are in good condition, the seller should refund the customer’s payment within 15 days from the date of receiving the returned products. Unless otherwise agreed between the seller and the customer, the return shipping fee is borne by the customer. If the customer used points, vouchers, coupons, etc., for payment, the seller should refund the corresponding amount in the same form upon receiving the return. Any agreements regarding the use and return of points, vouchers, coupons, etc., shall be based on the agreement. If the customer paid the transaction fee with a credit card, the seller may choose not to refund the transaction fee. If the seller waived the transaction fee when the buyer paid with a credit card, the seller may deduct the transaction fee at the time of refund. The refund amount should be based on the actual amount paid by the customer. If only part of the goods in a set or promotion is returned, resulting in the inability to enjoy the discount, the refund shall be calculated based on the individual price of the purchased goods, with adjustments made accordingly. If the customer participated in a free shipping promotion, the seller may deduct the shipping fee at the time of refund.
